I understand that conversion to Judaism is really only universally accepted if an orthodox conversion is done- I mean between the movements as well as in Israel. What if someone wants to convert but their beliefs are more in line with the Conservative movement. Is it possible to study with a Conservative rabbi but be officially converted under an Orthodox court?

You can be converted to any religion if you believe in it and follow its rules. You are asking here what exactly the rules are. Your parsing of these rules seems very flawed. But who am I to say?

no. you would have to study under an orthodox rabbi in order to receive an orthodox conversion. the orthodox do not recognize conservative rabbis as being rabbis.

No you would have to study under a Orthodox Rabbi, convert into Orthodoxy, and then go to a conservative synagogue. Orthodox Rabbis do not even accept conservative rabbis are rabbis
