convert divx movies for ipod?

i use divx to watch movies online and i saves to my computer and i want to put them on my iipos with out downloading programs is the possible??
i'm not aloud to download any prgrams onto my computer is there not like something i can save it into and then save as a different file like one nero or windows movie maker or something

no u have to use a program. there are some free ones out there but beware. they probably have spyware or virus embedded into them.

i know a good one that i have but i can't think of it right now
