Convert DVDRip XviD-DOMiNO to a format that supports vlc?

I downloaded this movie,however im unable to open it,cz there is no vlc icon... there is a list that goes domino-movie.r00 to r47 there is also .rar and .sfv! How do i watch this movie?
 
You need to unarchive your illegally obtained and stolen movie with winrar, which you can also steal...
Then you can illegally watch your illegally downloaded illegal movie...
any questions ...thief?
