Convert Flash Video to Divx?

I have flash videos (.flv) that i downloaded from the internet. I want to convert them to video (.avi). Can anyone tell me which software to use. I want the videos to be in high quality, so size of the video after conversion doesn't matter.
Looking for an answer real quick.
