Convert XviD to DivX while retaining multiple audio tracks?

My DVD player only plays divx files, not xvid, so I need to convert my movie files to divs. The files have two audio tracks, and I want to keep both.

I have tried this using River Past Video Cleaner and the DivX converter, but the results were not satisfactory.

Can anybody help me out?
