converted old video tapes to dvd?HELP there getting old!?

i found all my baby home videos. there from the early 90s and there on those thick small tapes that u put inside a bigger vhs tape then put into the vhs player. im so worried there going to get ruined, there so fragile and i just feel like when i even rewind the video its going to break. where can i go to get these tapes on dvd?? kinkos?? anywhere?
