Converting from Catholicism to Judaism?

What's the conversion factor? Either Judaism/Catholicism or it's inverse Catholicism/Judaism is fine. I thought it might the ratio of Catholics to Jews.

Catholic to Judaism is half way there, rejecting the superstition church for a faith that has the Sabbath but not Jesus.

Just keep Jesus and then you have Seventh-day Adventist, the top of the Christian church pyramid.
