Converting to Judaism.?

Okay, So i just turned fifteen and come from a non religious family. I firmly believe in god and have been studying religions. i came across The Jewish faith and i really feel a connection to what i have been reading. Many people tell me that i am to young to make such a large life decision, but i feel like it's right.

Are there any people who have converted that have advice for me?

please, no mean comments. i am very serious about this, and do not try to push your religion on me.

I am aware that it can take a year or more of studying and dedication to convert. I am willing to put in the effort.
To Magnus:
"teh normal bible" is an extension of the Torah. i believe, if i am not mistaken, the Torah is mostly the old testament of the king James bible.

I am very aware that joining a religion is not like joining a group of people or a band.

Just to make something clear:
There is no need for you to convert. Righteous non-Jews go to Heaven, too. All you have to do is accept the One God, and be an ethical, moral, charitable, righteous and honest person.

The first thing you should do is speak with a rabbi. Then, do alot of homework, and learn all you can about Judaism. Then, do some real soul-searching, and decide if it's for you.

All the what is called the Ibrahemic resligions are the same (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) are the same, they are all a religions came from GOD.

As i 15 years old girl that has no religious background, i think you need to read more in Tora and Bible and Quran and then take your decision.

There are a lot of websites all over the internet that can help you.

Note: remmember, religion it is not something you join like joining a band or a group of people, it is about ideas you have and principles you believe in and live all your life with it.

and it is not a very difficult choice as some people say when you try to convert to any religion.
 
Fifteen is not too young to explore your spirituality.
In fact, 13 is considered an "adult" in the Jewish religion--but of course, that is usually after several years of study, beginning at about 5 years old.

Traditionally, converts are refused three times. This is to test their resolve and the serioousness of the committment. It is not easy to convert, but if you feel spiritual kinship, then begin by having a conversation about it with a rabbi.

Meanwhile, read as much as you can about Judaism, including both ancient and modern history. Talk to Jews, and attend services, to get familiar with not only the religion, but the community within the congregation.
 
It's tough to convert. You have to really mean to convert to Judaism and it takes time to study the Torah and learn the language (Hebrew).

Well even if you're willing to do so, you might be turned away.
