I have been trying to add some episodes in my Nokia E61 but it never works. I always get the "Cannot play either sound or video. Trying to play partially". When I convert the video to .mp4, I put it through using Nokia PC Suite but it still wants to convert it to a .mp4 file. What are the correct settings for a video for my mobile phone? I use Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate. Please help and thanks.
