Convicted felon with a Class A license, need help finding a trucking Co. that...

...will hire me? My name is Ernesto Patricio, I graduted from a trucking school back on 05/30/2008, So now i have my class A license with my Doubles & Triples & Tankers Endorsments, but i cant find employment because of my felony criminal record. I have been turned down by Schnider National & Warner trucking, I need some major help finding a trucking company that will give me a chance?
The problem with some of the smaller trucking companys is that they want you to have at least 1 year otr experience
 
Try and get to a hiring manager in person and explain your situation you may be given an opportunity. Most people understand that mistakes are made in life... Hopefully you will be given a chance. Good luck to you :)
