I roasted a lamb leg for dinner yesterday and the leftovers were still warm in the evening.
I went to bed forgetting to put the meat in the fridge and I was going to curry the leftovers this evening.
Don't really want to waste all that lovely meat.
What shall I do?
BTW It's quite chilly here and my kitchen is cool overnight.
