I am cooking roast & potatoes and i put two cans of cream of mushroom soup in it. Well I accidentally bought one regular can and one can of cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic. Has anyone added garlic to their roast? I don't want to add it and ruin it! Thanks in advance!
I Took your advice and added it! I love Garlic and so does the hubby, but never had cream of mushroom with garlic. Thanks I bet it will taste great! Just didn't want to ruin the whole dish over one can of soup Thanks again!!!
I added onions last night so it cooked with the roast and carrots all night and then i just added the potatoes and other can of cream of mushroom! Should turn out yummy!!

I think it'd be ruined if you DIDN'T add garlic!! I always use onions and garlic in beef dishes. Well, in everything I make, really, except cheesecake. I think you'll be pleased with your mistake; roasted garlic is very mild but adds great flavor to any meat and potatoes dish.

If anything it will make it even yummier! I always put garlic in with my roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions!

I promise it will be fine, won't ruin it. There is garlic in a LOT of things you wouldn't expect, just as a given, by the way. Enjoy your roast, it will taste wonderful.
