he said he had to change date on ticket and needs my signiture ?
can he doe this ,I was told not to sign this know he is going to my house the last 3 days 3 times a day no one is home or in bed , telling neibours about my ticket indetail hiding his car behind trees and walking up to the house walking threw our gardens my dad has security cameras on the house ,

Contact an attorney ASAP. Sometimes a simple technicality like that is all it needs to be dismissed from court.

Don't sign the ticket until you seek legal advice.

If the court date comes before you see the judge, tell the judge you need a continuance. This will give you time to seek advice. If the judge asks why, do not tip you hand. Just simply tell you you need to seek council.
