I need to make a copy of my cousin wedding dvd and I managed to download/install Mac Ripper and so far my dvd hasn't finished burning. It's been almost 2 hours..and I've only reached 760MB and I've got to go till 4.19GB. This just seems to be taking forever..and I've got 5 other dvd's that need to be done too and they all probably are about 4GB. Is there any other quicker method?
Thanks.

iDVD can just burn mov and mp4 video to DVD.

I use a mac dvd copy software, named wondershare.
http://www.applemacvideo.com/mac-dvd-copy.html#126

It is a professional DVD copy program designed for Mac OS users to copy D9 and D5 DVD movies ( D9 to D9 and D5 to D5). It can copy your DVD with the original quality 100% preserved and at the same time remove DVD protections such as CSS, RC and RCE.

And very smart, launch, choose original dvd, choose output way, click start. all works done.

Hope it helps.
