Mar 23, 2010 #3 S sicksycle New member Joined Mar 23, 2010 Messages 1 Reaction score 0 Points 1 i dont think you can do it if its heavily scratched. but try applying toothpaste on the cd. and clean it using a cloth (dont wash it) if its a VCD or a DVD. then try this software. Herosoft 3000. its a dvd cutter. u can save the dvd to your hard drive using that.
