Copying a scratched CD/DVD?

None at that point u would need to re-buy the copy again or see if u can download it. The problem is its going to copy what it hears and if it is scratched badly its not going to be good

i dont think you can do it if its heavily scratched. but try applying toothpaste on the cd. and clean it using a cloth (dont wash it)

if its a VCD or a DVD. then try this software.
Herosoft 3000. its a dvd cutter. u can save the dvd to your hard drive using that.
