The other day, inside my cheek and the corner of my mouth were insanely itchy. Now the corner of my mouth (where I scratched the most) is red, cracked, swollen, and numb/burning. there is also a dime sized swollen spot extending below the corner of my mouth. could this just be from the scratching? or does it sound like something more serious that I should have checked out by a doctor?
