hi,
i was just wondering if anyone knows the serves you are meant to give your toddler each day, ie. 2 serves of dairy or however much...

Just trying to work out if i am doing the right thing in terms of what i am giving my 2 year old daughter!

Today i've just searched for similar topic. U can search at google by writing "toddler diet" or "toddler nutrition guide" Good luck :)

I offer my daughter whole, real foods. I don't give he anything with white flour, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or anything that looks as though it was created in a lab by humans and not in nature by God. On the very rare occasions she gets, eggs, meat and cheese, it's from a local meat market. The family raises their cattle as humanely as possible. They get their eggs from a truly free range, organic farm, as well as their cheese.

I offer her what she wants, or give her what she asks (unless she wants one of my whole wheat, vegan banana chocolate chip cookies before noon, or something that silly). She knows her body and how full or hungry she is. Since we have always given her real food, that's all she knows for what to ask, so I don't have to worry about her getting junk.
