Cost of replacing honda civic door?

I need a rough estimate of how much it will cost to get a new door for a 2006 Honda Civic from the dealer and get it installed. Its the front drivers side, and has some extensive damage (the door wont even open)
Im also living in northwest Canada in Alberta if thats of any relevence
 
you can get it repaired by a body shop they can give you a free estimate or you can get a replace door from a junk yard for a very cheap price.
