so i kno these 2 girls & 1 of them is 16 and shes dateing a guy whose 14 & the other girl is 15 (almost 16) & shes dateing a guy whose 13...... they seem happy 2gether & theyv been 2gether for kinda long times....but my friends keep talkn bout how weird they are but like i dont think its that big a deal if they happy 2gether & guys date younger girls all the time! so my question is just like whats yalls opinions about "cougars"
 
This is not what is meant by cougar. The term applies to women over 40 who date guys in their twenties. It is a term used in the bar scene regarding young guys hitting on older women. It also refers to the sexual compatability of young guys and older women. Men hit their sexual peak in their 20s, women do in their 40s. For you younguns, its okay to have a couple years difference in age, but know that women mature faster than men, so older boys are probably going to be at an emotional maturity level of younger girls.
 
hahaha! I think the 13 year old and almost 16 year old is kinda weird...lol idk, i think it's fine when the guy is a couple years older, but it's just awkward when the girl is almost 3 years older lol...plus, ive heard that boys mature slower then girls, so the 13 year old has the maturity of a 10 year old and the 14 year old of a 11 year old so they arent as mature as her. But really, it's totally up to your friend!
 
Well when it comes to a 16 year old and a 13 year old dating, I think it is a little odd. Only because when you are this young a few years difference can mean a lot in maturity difference. Though when it comes to someone who may be 25 and dating a 23 year old, I think there is nothing wrong with that. I know when I was 16; I would never even try dating a 13 year old boy. It would just weird me out.
 
not really cougars is it there a year or 2 apart from each other. i think cougar is more like 6-10 years
 
"Cougars" are sexualy agressive women who are old enough to be your mother. MEOWRRRR!!!
 
When I was 18 I made love to a 48 year old woman. We dated and got weird looks. But I loved her and the sex was amazing.

To bad she broke up with me.
