...unable to feel? Could a gunshot wound to the upper arm possibly cause nerve and tendon damage that would numb the entire arm but not effect its motorskills drastically?
 
Why not? Nerve damage allows someone to move but not feel. My aunt had that happen to her back and, frankly, to her sexual drive, because of a screwed up operation.
