There was a game my older brother played many years back for the Sega Saturn, but I can't remember the name. What I can remember is that you were a kid killing red monsters with an over-sized sword that if you swing too many times in a row you became dizzy and unable to attack. Between attacks, you built up a town and hired units to help you guard.
