Although I usually work over 24 hours a week (sometimes a lot more) I have just found out i've only been contracted for 7.5. This means that as i've just taken 2 weeks holiday I was only paid for 14 hours, instead of the 48 I would have worked normally - surely holiday pay should be based on the hours you've actually worked though-out the year? Does any one know how these things work?
