Ok latey I have seen a change in sleeping habits,I feel left out, I feel like I don't belong here on this planet (well I have always felt that way),I only focus on my weakness,don't like the way I look,think the future is hopeless,etc. Im willing to help people who need it,always putting others ahead of myself.So do u think I should go get help or will it pass?
