1. female cannot be a minister to go preach scripture. she can be one of the other versions of minister which means to tend to those in need, taking care of food, etc. Define minister in strongs to realize the different roles.
2. no man can give you the title of minister, pastor, etc. that title only comes from Creator. Those who go to school, make it their job, etc. They are not of Creator. For their actions break scripture.
Romans 13:1-2
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers.
For there is no power but of YHWH:
the powers that be are ordained of YHWH.
Whosoever therefore resisteth the power,
resisteth the ordinance of YHWH:
and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
Only YHWH, Creator can ordain someone. And YHWH even makes it clear that there is a difference.

and of the true tabernacle,
which YHWH pitched,

A title before YHWH is not a think to joke about, toy with, take for a few years and then give it back, etc. It cares weight most cannot grasp. For EVERY SINGLE PERSON you teach wrong, YOUR TREE holds that weight, not theirs. And if you lead one away on purpose, out of anger, spite or anything, woe.

As far as I know, yes. I am officially ordained by the ULC as a reverend and I'm also a Discordian pope. I don't think the ULC has any restrictions on who can be a minister.
