haha yea it looks like the same underwear but its not...one of em has red weiner dogs on em and the other is blue with like white eagles...in case you were wondering haha...

and yea i take creatine and whey protein...diet...i eat eggs every morning with turkey bacon...lunch is like a big ass turkey sandwhich with light cheese...dinner is salmon/chicken/steak and idk other good stuff like some veggies and stuff like that...i stay away from fast food and chips and candy and all that garbage...basically for snacks i have like granola bar instead of candy bar...
 
and HD radio, its a fuckin 3 for 1

i have some stuff called XP i drink after every work out. im buying turkey and eggs and cottage cheese and a bunch of other stuff. is creatine stronger than other protein powders and have you heard of that super food stuff
 
you can take in all the protein you want but it wont do shit unless you get a serious lifting workout plan going. not once a week, every day

creatine is not protein, it sends water to your cells and makes your muscles bigger and gives you more energy basically to press out more reps


yea...i work out like 4 days a week...i couldnt do every day hah
