could i be a model?

i work out in some form everyday. i went to the gym 5 times in the last week and on one of the days i didnt go i rode my bike like 6 miles. im going to start going every day though cus i want to get in as much work out time as i can before school starts.

would you guys recomend working upper and lower body every day or switching off lower body and upper body everyday

day one
chest/tris

day two
legs
abs
calves

day three
shoulders
abs
calves

day four
back/bi

youre supposed to do these 4 workouts over the course of the week so you can pick which days you wanna do it...

im not a workout expert, but im pretty sure youre supposed to alternate and give your muscles a day or so to rebuild because thats how your muscles get stronger. when you work out, it breaks down the muscle and when it rebuilds, your body makes it stronger. if you dont give it time to rebuild before you work out again, it doesnt grow as well.

lol, doesnt matter. You will have to do something different if you work out the next day. If you do upper body, do cardio the next day, and then lower body the next or whatever. Get into a cycle. Dont do the same thing everyday because you will hurt yourself badly. And if your sore, do something like cardio but dont lift when you are sore, because you could also hurt yourself badly.

the guy i work out with is being gay and insists we dont need to do leg workouts or back but im doing it anyways. ill get him to come around

ha yea i just started doing legs which was a mistake...but you def need to do back, and make sure you do lower back too cuz if you only do upper back you can fuck your back up
