Could I buy the LG Lollipop 2, Ice Cream 2, or Samsung Nori and use it in the US!?

My friend lives in Korea and she came to visit me. She has the LG Lollipop 2 and I fell in love with her phone. I did some research and came across the Ice Cream 2, and the Samsung Nori. I want to know, If i purchased these phones on ebay as unlocked versions. Would they work here in the states? Could I get a plan for them through at&t or verizon or any other company? Thank u! :)

as long as you get the unlocked version it will work under at&t or t-mobile since the phone will only work with a gsm network
