could i have be having nicotine withdrawals in my sleep?

well i have headaches everyday and the doctor doesnt seem to know whats wrong and and started a year or so after i started smoking and long story short, i smoke more heavly now like one every 20 min so i was wondering if the headaches could be cause by withdrawals when i sleep?

yea they definately can i used to wake up like every 2 hours at night and have to smoke because the withdrawals woke me up my doctor gave me clonidine to lower my blood pressure and keep me calm its also pretty sedating since it drops your pressure and i sleep the whole night threw no problems its also used to help ease withdrawal symptoms of nicotine, alcohol, and opiates
