Could I have Insomnia?

I'm 14, find it hard to get to sleep took me around 2 hours last night. I also find it hard to wake up.
 
To deal with insomnia, create your sleep schedule, avoid sleeping day time and do not over sleep. Exercise regularly and early morning to deal with insomnia and avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine.
