Could it be a mental problem if I feel something is funny but cant laugh freely?

For a while now I sometimes feel my laugh is stuck. Like I find something funny, but my laugh doesny come out as easy as it used to be, like its blocked halfway, like when a sneeze stops halfway and you feel uncomfortable and you just have to sneeze after it so you force it. That sometimes happens to me with my laugh, and the problem is that when I force the laugh it comes off as fake, and people have often said that my laugh feel forced and they tend to not like that. It doesn't happen all the time, when something is really too funny I just laugh out loud, but I still feel like the laugh has to push trough something. I have no idea if this is something normal, or maybe its psychological , or what. It also kinda happens with crying. Sometimes I feel really sad, and I feel like crying, but it gets stuck, even if Im alone and really need to cry for a good reason (a relative passed away recently). I have trouble doing it, even though the feeling is there, but the same, it gets stuck somewhere along the way. Should I be concerned?? What can I do?
