i'm learning tarot,any expert here


when ever i asked about something about this person i always got the World as a result in 1 card reading for 1 question what this card trying to tell me im confusing

i asked Yes/No question ,
last week i asked 1. '' did x just kissed me on the lips '' ? i got the world (up right)
and other day i asked 2. ''is this person was looking for me on the internet''? i got the world up right again
what the World up right mean?

i use rider waith smith by the way

It often means change, though that doesn`t mean positively. If they are real cards you feel with your hands, they mean something, but internet cards I don`t really consider.
