cpu/gpu temperture desktop gadget ?

hi guys
is there a desktop gadget ( windows 7 ) that shows your cpu and gpu temperture.. ive looked online however the only one that i found was from a dodgy website..!
does anyone know of a safe gadget that fits the bill ?

I use CPUID's HWMonitor (not HWMonitor Pro). It gives system voltages, fan speeds, cpu, gpu, and HDD temps,etc., and is a considerably more reliable monitoring utility than speedfan.

have you tried speedfan brian.lets you controll fan speed but tells temps as well.
