This is killing me, I can't sleep an I feel like I've made a huge mistake.
My company finally loosened up and is setting me up with a company truck. So I won't have to drive around my 06 Tacoma. It's worth noting that the Tacoma isn't a terrible truck, Ive just been wanting a nice car.

So I walk into a dealership to "look", and to get my truck appraised and get an idea of how much they'd be willing to give me for the truck. After having my credit checked and them offering 2k more then I had expected we talked money.
Needless to say I walked out the lot with a sexy new car and a good deal.

But now I'm here lying I'm bed. And I've realized that I made a huge mistake. I bought on impulse and now I'm regretting it. While I can easily afford the payments I simply dont want to be putting that kind of money aside for a car right now. ( payments plus insurance will be about 1k a month on a 5 yr loan). I screwed up bigtime. There is no cool off period. And I am entirely at the mercy of the dealership now and whether or not they'll be willing to take the car back. The only other way is if the car becomes defective within the next ten days.
Insert huge facepalm/smh/slaps self silly, etc. Dang it > rant end

Ps for those curious as to what I got

2012 Mustang Gt premium Coupe 6mt Lava Red
Leather seats(heated), voice sync, 6mth Sirius, reverse sensors, brembo brake package, lo jack, rims and wheel locks.

Honestly I havent ever cried since my mother passed away years ago but I feel like crying now T_T

Osu,

Nice!
I'll take this mistake out of your hands for 20,000 federal reserve notes, cash!

Osu!

Well scratch that. In my itchiness to get behind the wheel I did infect fall victim to the dealer tactics. I didn't get quite the deal that I thought I was. I got ripped. Damnit this just gets worse and worse. I hate my life. The numbers were "conveniently" misplaced to make it hard to keep track of everything that's going on. If I follow full
Term I will have paid 48861.84. How can I be so stupid.

This is so sad, never have i heard such a tale of woe.

Oh btw...

ROFL!
Don't worry too much, you could have injured yourself while unloading trucks! you were paid by the ton so you are now unable to feed your family, you lose your income and thrown on the streets... Then your wife has to sort trash to scrape a living, your daughter must sell herself to survive, your younger son goes to the mine to feed the family and has to forego his studies and hopes of a better future while the eldest is in prison.

Enjoy your car!

Osu!

oh right better not complain about anything because someone else in the world is suffering a worse tragedy.

You need help. Clearly you are mentally ill if you think you should return such a BEAST of a car. I'm jealous. You bitch.

After having read the fine print I am only able to cancel the contract with the agreement of the seller. And i doubt that they would be willing to since they just tore me a new one... Besides begging on my knees, and believe me i Will be doing just that tomorrow morning, i can't do a thing about it. Can't sleep now because this crap is stressing me out.

And Van Zandt, you're right it is a beast, but 48k for an upgraded GT is a complete rip off >.>

If all else fails, explain to them you can't afford it and will refuse the payments. It might be more hassle for them to deal with that than to just cancel it.

Don't know if that would work but I'd be willing to do anything to get them to take it back.

It would be quite a stretch but if the financing company refused or that process fails they would take back the car. But I doubt it since my credit score is good. FML

Suggest your impending suicide to them, with the boss of the sales dept mentioned in the suicide note as the main cause.

I bet that ain't in the small print.
