Cramps ladies help and when are you the most emotional?

What can i take for cramps that will make it go away..
i took aleeve but it didn't really help me..
and when are you the most emotional?
usually when i'm on my period i want to be with my husband alot..
anyone else like that??
thanks for advice..
when i can't be with Him i watch that movie the passion of the Christ, because my husband looked alot like Jim caviezel when he played Jesus. Is that weird?

Regardless of age pamprin is always a plus for me. If my tummy is really cramping I will also wear an icyhot patch on my tummy. I am usually most emotional a day before my period.
