In your opinion, what's the creepiest and scariest child you've ever seen in a horror and/or sci-fi film?

I've seen quite a few of those films, and to me, the creepiest is the computer-generated girl on Resident Evil 1. I love it when she says: "You'r all going to die..." LoL it's chilling!

The Last Exorcism, girl is creepy
Basically any possesion movie with children.

the scene - the actress get posed by the gargoyle satan sculpture in the forest of the remote village of poland. then she seen everyone in the room look like a monster including a little boy.
 
The zombie baby on Grace and Haeckel's Tale

The girl from The Ring was creepy too.
