Criticize my workout routine for me plox.?

Aight, heres what I'ma try to do...

-Wake up
-Stretch
-Bench my high
-Then do 2 reps of 100 on 10-20lb dumbbells
-Throw in some crunches and pushups
-Run/Sprint up and down the stairs in my building, (( more focusing on climbing up rather then down)) for around an hour
-Shower
-Then eat some eggs, with a fresh fruit smoothie ((made by myself with teh magic bullet :D, mixed with protein powder and Creatine))

then I repeat this process again later on in the day, to finish about 6 hours before sleep as to not have my heart racing, making it hard for me to go to sleep and get the rest I need.


I'll do this every other day, with rest periods, because I don't wanna harm myself, just push myself for more stamina, strength and weight loss...
