...pounds..5'5 inch..i need help with my weight? I don't know what to di with my weight.. it seems likei am stressed so much.. thati cannot control what i am eating..I know i need help..i need some kind of tip to lose weight.. i have a thread mil at home.. i want to know how long i should run in that.. a day and week.. what kind of food i should eat moring..mid morning..afternoon.. mid afternoon. and night..How much of water i should drink and juice..I feel so ugly and so insecure... i don't want summer to come .. clothes don't fit me welll...pls dont' critize me... i need ur valuabel information..

*drink 2 full glasses of water before every meal, this water will fill you up and not make you as hungry, and it is actually good for you considering that your body is 75% water.

pick something else to take your stress out on, like a punching bag, and NOT food. find a hobby or interest you love and when you are bored, angry or stressed go hammer out some riffs on a guitar or lift some weights, maybe even punch the wall, but DO NOT EAT !

and btw, 6 small meals a day is good.
