Custom Jeep Paint job BED LINER?

i was looking at a Jeep in Texas ( I live in NC ) and it said custom black liner. I have an F150 King Ranch and im looking for a jeep, and as I was looking at the pictures, the more it looked like spray on bed liner. It had the grainy texture of a spray on and thats when I started looking into it, I cant find anywhere in the Southeast that does that and im not even sure if thats even what it is, Im trying to figure out if i just need to buy the custom jeep or see if i can replicate it myself with the same model jeep. Anyone know anything about this type of paint job? If so, would you know of anyone who does it? Thanks for your time!
