Custom ringtones for Samsung Galaxy S 2 Skyrocket?

I've gone through pretty much every google site i've seen.
I can't figure out how to make custom ringtones for my brother's phone. On my iPhone, it's as easy as 1,2,3.
Can someone please somehow point me in the direction, or even explain, CLEARLY, how to make a ring tones for this phone?
It's ridiculous how complicated they made this.
 
Download an app called RingDroid. it cuts MP3 songs and make ringtones out of them.
