I sold a customer a pair of shoes with Avon back in July of 08'. She paid for them upfront. I called her once they came in to let her know I could drop them off or she could come get them, whichever was easier. She told me she would let me know when she could get them. After a few weeks, I called to reminder her again. This continued until I had politely contacted her about 5-6 times, to which each one I was blown off. It is now February 09' and I am no longer with Avon and I plan to be moving homes this coming month. Although it's just a pair of shoes, I do not plan on storing them for her. What is my right to do with them? Can I donate them or give them away? Even though she paid for them she obviously does not care about them anymore. I would like to know what I should do so I can tell her that they are no longer in my possession because of the 7 months I have been storing them. Thanks!
