I only smoke 10-15 a day and am not eligible for free prescriptions so I have to buy them (£20 a pop). I've been told by family it saves money if you buy the strongest ones (21mg) and cut them into 3rds. Use 2/3's when you first start out then 1/2's then 1/3's then 1/4's. Does this work?
