I am currently cutting, I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to my body to drink a whey shake with some milk just before bed. I already take one immediately post workout.
I currently am eating about 2000 calories a day. The shake would add an extra 140.
Would this be good for me, or would it just add excess cals that I dont need?
