Ok what your going to want to do is:
Get to 999.99 infra and STOP buying infra. Save up 1 mil - 1.5 mill. Buy infra in 10's (since that is all you can buy at a time) until you get to 1070 -1100 infra. And that is the jump in a nutshell... There's no real secrets to it, just by buying more your saving yourself money in taxes. (not really sure how though)
