Apparently he just declared peace a few minutes ago. He's the one that delivered the final blow to my nation before it got tossed into Anarchy, I believe.

But declaring Peace with him doesn't mean he's on my watch list.

I just joined NoV. I don't like Legion nor UNION, I was jumped by both for tech raids a while back, before I joined the NAAC (And left because I didn't like them).

Yea they have many of there members in peace mode. Also alot of strong FAN nations left to make Golden Sabres. So just think if they had a full force, the tides may be turned.
