Don't be a pansy, you know you want to have that shimmering glow. Anyway nukes take 150 infra, all of your soldiers, 150 miles of land, 1/4 of your airforce, and 5 days of nuclear anarchy (your economy will be similar to what I posted a while back).
 
I am willing to do tech trades for a larger nation if anyone wants some. You pay me price of tech + Whatever (I forget the going rate, I'll give you a better deal since we're ST'ers.)

I'll do it, I am willing to do 1 mil for the initial tech partner, and 100k for the middle man.
I send $1,100,000->reciever buys 50 tech->sends 50 tech and $100k to the middleman and keeps the change-> middleman gets the 50 tech and $100k, forwards the 50 tech to me, and keeps the $100k
end of transaction.
I need two days though, I only collect around 700k a day, so I will have enough tomorrow.

Unfortunately, no one wants wine. Sugar isn't terrible, but wine really does not do as much as other resources.
