I am not in an alliance. I am searching around, so whatever alliance i am in now, i am not stuck on it.

And yes, i just picked my name because it sounded cool.

your going to get raped by a NpO nation if you don't take that alliance off of your nation. you have to apply to be able to put almost any alliance affiliation on your nation.
 
start buying infra. don't really need to buy land. start buying tech when you make more than 9K. keep your defcon at level 5, and your tax rate at 28. don't join a small alliance, join a larger one. they will help you out even more with advice and programs.
 
Infra should be your focus most of the time really. Try to buy 10 a day.
 
Is there a fast way to get money? Because according to my nifty little calculator, the maximum amount of money I can get on my next tax collection will be 1082.22 rupees.

well i have only 102 people (i am a small country) and at a 28 tax rate, i multiply
102 times 10.61 and get 1082.22

Aid would be greatly appreciated.
