Daemon Tools made my cd/dvd drive disappear!?

After installing Daemon Tools my cd/dvd drive disappeared! There is no autostart, it doesn't read my cd's. Once in a while (SELDOM) it temporarily reappears and works... until disappearing again...

it doesn't help to remove/reinstall daemon tools... :/

Anyone had the same problem and knows the solution!?

Please... and sorry if my english is bad...
 
Did Daemon tools virtual drive disappear as well?

Goto Device Manager and uninstall your DVD drive.

Here is how:
Start> Right click my computer> goto properties> click Hardware > Click Device Manager > click DVD/CD-ROM drives> See if it's there > When you find it, right click and uninstall it> Restart computer> It will re-install your DVD drive automatically.

If it's not there, you may have a bad DVD/CD drive.
