Have you heard about it? Basically Tosh(a comedian known for being extremely offensive) made a rape joke and a woman in the audience started heckling him about it, saying how rape is not funny. To which he replied "Wouldnt it be funny if she got raped by 5 guys right now? Just like right now"
It turned into a big media explosion >.<
What are you opinions on this?
Personally, I am a big fan of Daniel Tosh but I agree that rape is not funny. However, I wouldn't have heckled him about it because it is comedy and I feel there is no such thing as taboo or too far in the world of comedy. I would have just not laughed, simple as that. Especially when you go to see a comedian who is known for being very offensive, you should know to stay home or be able to suck it up when they go too far. Tosh is very crude, I dont think people should go see them if they dont have a thick skin. Of course, rape is not funny at all. It's horrific. I don't think people should make jokes about it but I know better to get bent out of shape when a comedian makes a rude joke.
But in all honesty, I dont feel too bad for the woman. She should know better than to heckle a comedian. You will get burned, badly.
