Dating Tips to pick up a shy girl?

I want to ask this girl i know out but she is really shy and not very "touchy feely" I really like her and i think she likes me but i don't know what to do
Please help me and thanks for the advice!

I think you should just be outgoing around her it will work out, shy girls usually want you to approach them and are wishing they were more outgoing, just show her you really like her, i bet she likes you its just hard to tell sometimes with shy people, get to know her some more then just ask her out, if she likes you she will say yes :)

you are asking the right person. (ME!) :) because i am REALLY shy around guys. I like it when a boy shows his sense of humor around me, you know? like teasing a little, because it shows that you are friends. Like this one guy called me a dork. But i liked it because it meant that he was comfortable enough to know that i wouldn't take it offensively, you know? Also, if you have any classes with her, try to get in her group for a project or something. if you do, make SURE that you ask her to work on it outside of class. GREAT excuse. Trust me though, she will NOT make the first move, no matter how much you wish she will. if she likes you, then trust me, she is waiting for you to ask her. good luck. hope i helped. :)
